Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Tieke, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features. Minors should use purchase features only after a guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Service scope
Tieke provides on-device photo import, cutout, collage editing, theme saving, and export. PNG export and local creation tools are free; an active membership enables Live Photo and animated-video export. Accounts, cloud sync, cloud storage, and online AI generation are not currently provided.
Your content and rights
You retain all rights you lawfully hold in imported photos, text, and resulting work. You confirm that you have permission to use this content and authorize Tieke to process it on your device only as directed to provide editing, saving, and export. These terms do not transfer ownership of your work to Tieke.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tieke to infringe copyright, publicity, privacy, or other lawful rights; create unlawful content; interfere with app security; or bypass membership validation and system purchase mechanisms. You are responsible for the content you import, create, and share.
Membership subscription
Membership is an auto-renewable subscription offered through the App Store. The purchase confirmation screen controls the actual price, period, trial, and offer. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Cancellation, restoration, and refunds
You can manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings and use Restore Purchases in Tieke to sync active access for the same Apple ID. Apple handles charges and refunds under its rules. Losing membership does not lock your work, delete themes, or affect PNG export.
Availability and data responsibility
Tieke works to keep features reliable, but device storage, permissions, system versions, or Apple service status can affect import, purchases, and export. Keep backups of important source photos and finished work. Except where the law requires otherwise, the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Updates and statutory rights
When features or rules materially change, Tieke will update these terms and the effective date. Continuing to use the updated version means accepting the revised terms. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law where you live. You can prepare questions on the Feedback page in Settings and review them before sending.
