Scope

This policy applies to the Tieke iPhone app and explains how information is handled when you create photo collages, save themes, export work, or use membership features. Tieke currently has no accounts, cloud sync, or online media processing.

How photos are processed

Photos you choose or take, along with cutout, layout, preview, cover, and export processing, stay on your device. Tieke does not upload photos, masks, or exported work to a developer server.

Local data and saved work

Your nickname, themes, source photos, cutout masks, and recovery checkpoint are stored in the app’s local space. Work saved to the system photo library is managed by Photos and is not automatically removed when you delete a theme in Tieke.

Permissions

The system photo picker gives Tieke only the items you select. The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo, and photo-library write access is used only when you save work. You can change permissions in Settings at any time.

Membership and purchases

Membership products, prices, purchases, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Tieke reads only Apple-verified product and subscription status and does not receive your card number, Apple ID password, or full payment details.

Sharing, analytics, and third parties

Tieke does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs and does not sell personal information. Content is passed to a system service or app you choose only when you save or share it. When you use TestFlight or the App Store, Apple may process purchase, usage, and crash information under its own policies.

Retention, deletion, and updates

You can delete theme records in the app. The current version may retain local media files used for recovery and resource integrity. To remove all data in Tieke’s app container, uninstall the app; work in the system photo library must be deleted separately in Photos. Material policy changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
